    I watched it for the first time on Netflix yesterday, and again today to try and make sense of it. I was never able to make any real connection with anything. There seemed to be great disconnect between recurring themes/characters throughout. That is, Frank, time travel, the end of the world, an unidentified jet engine, that annoying 12-step guy, sleepwalking, etc. The most sense I could make was that Frank was warning Donnie about the end of the world.
